500mg Gaba 
500mg Niacinamide (no flush b3)
3 mg Melatonin

Take 30 minutes before bedtime/
If not you don't find it works to decrease time to fall asleep, add additional melatonin.
After use for 2-4 weeks time some individuals feel it can restart the circadian rhythm, and is only needed periodically.
