Psyllium provides gentle relief of constipation and/or irregularity.

Take 1 - 3 capsules

For each gram of psyllium, take with at least 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage). Drink immediately and maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12–24 hours after the first dose; results may take 2–3 days. I
